Earlier this year I flew down to Charleston, S.C to shoot the 2016 Summer Campaign for Banana Republic. We shot the summer look book, as well as 5 Key pieces I styled 2 different ways with items from my personal closet.
Shooting this campaign was quit a surreal experience for a couple of reasons. Banana Republic is a San Francisco based company; my hometown! My mom doesn’t shop much, but she would ever so often splurge on a Banana Republic cashmere sweater and a couple of weeks later it would go missing and magically end up in my closet.
My sister worked at the Banana flagship store in downtown S.F during her last year in high school up until the end of college. I had a job at Pier 39 (at a place I won’t disclose at this time!) and after work; I would hop on the F train, run into B.R, and kill time by browsing the racks so we can head home together. In a nutshell, I’ve spent a lot of my later teens in and around a Banana Republic and am thrilled to be one of their faces for the summer campaign!!!
Here are 3 of the items I styled 2 ways for their summer Closet VIPs!
