I love weddings, I guess you can call me a hopeless romantic. But whats not love? Friends and family called upon to witness a very special union and the celebration of love with delicious food, wine, and music. Weddings are awesome. I just recently went to Zach and Kristen’s wedding which was held at the estate of American Novelist Edith Wharton in Lenox, MA.
The journey from NYC to Lenox took about 3 hours and what felt like a million toll booths. Luckily the drive was scenic and very pretty.
Oh…and a road trip wouldn’t feel like a road trip without a stop at McDonald’s.
The first night they had a welcome BBQ at The Seven Hills Inn.
The next morning we ventured into town and came across a novelty store.
Lo and behold a Sun Dog!
Let the ceremony begin!
Three very stylish ladies.
What I’m wearing…
Homemade treats made by the brides lovely cousins and aunts.
These photos can’t emote or replicate the energy of this beautiful wedding, but I can tell you that it was electrifying and full of love. Congrats to Kristen and Zach!

Beautiful! I want to get married here.
I grew up spending my summers in Lenox, MA. The Berkshires is a hidden gem, that is so beautiful. Edith Wharton’s house is one of my favorite places in the world. Did you ever see the Vogue photo shoot set there featuring model Natalia Vodianova, styled by Grace Coddington? Beautiful post, obsessed with blue ankle-strap pumps!

1st of all, its only 999,999 toll booths. I ought-a know, been up n down that road 999,999 times!
2nd: What happened to the LARGE mini-fry?
3rd: Wonder if they still have the gas pump and phone booth at the novelty shop. Gotta lower my gas n phone bill to 80’s prices!!
4th: As 4 the Sun Dog – 아름다운 !!
(4 the reader: Korean word-Aleumdaun pronounced LIKE “Adam-down” = BEAUTIFUL )
Looks like a good time was had by all. Congratulations to groom n bride!! I do have a few questions though:
Who is the aleumdaun young lady in the blue? Hubba! Hubba!
Is that what women are really doing when they stand in a tight group like that? Comparing shoes! (They all look very nice to me!)
As much as I really like the settings, I have to ask: Did anybody save me a plate?
Are the cousins and aunts available to prepare some homemade TV dinners? I got the TV, just need them to make EXACTLY what they made for the wedding!!
