Think Adoption First with Petfinder

As you guys already know, I’m obsessed with my adopted pup Ewok. He’s a part of our family and he has immensely enriched our lives. But the journey to finding the right pet took some time. I spent about a year going to several different shelters around the greater Los Angeles area looking for the right connection. But finding the right pet doesn’t need to be this difficult. During the summer I was introduced to the lovely Petfinder team. They are the largest online motherhub of hubs that link thousands of shelters across North America to people who are looking to adopt! So far they have helped over 25 million pets find their forever homes! It makes the search for adoptable pets EASY. In honor of their 20 year anniversary Petfinder vowed to donate $250,000 (benefitting 25 shelter and rescue members, each receiving a $10,000 grant from the Petfinder Foundation) once their video reached 1 millions view. And guess what?!? We succeeded! I just wanted to take a moment and thank everyone who watched the video! These grants will help further transform the lives of pets in the care of these shelters and rescues, as well as cultivate more lifelong relationships.
