HOLY PHO!
After Cambodia we flew to Saigon and hit the floor running to Pho Hoa (260c Pasteur). Probably the BEST pho I’ve ever had in my entire life. If you find yourself in Saigon, you MUST check this place out!
We took a 20 mile bike ride through the countryside an hour north of Saigon.
Where a family on a private farm (that’s been around for over 100 years) cooked us an authentic meal.
We took a stroll on a fruit farm and then rode a boat back to our Van.
Saigon is famous for it’s scooters! Traffic rules don’t apply so crossing the street was probably one of the scariest things I’ve done on this trip. If you can’t beat them, join them!
What I’m wearing: Karen Walker Sunnies, Banana Republic Straw Hat, BB Dakota Shorts, Lace MinkPink top, Ancient Greek Athena Sandals, For Love and Lemons Cream Dress, Schutz Sandals, Antik Batik embroidered purse.

I am going to Vietnam in December and would love to do that bike ride. Was it organized through a company?? I will also definitely be visiting that Pho place!
I love your photo diary of Vietnam! As someone who is Vietnamese and has been back to the motherland multiple times, you captured the country beautifully. I am drooling over authentic pho. You managed to look stylish despite the humidity, that’s a feat!
